Education Pioneers provides a crucial entry point for skilled professionals to drive systems-level change in public education. Our Impact Fellowships train and develop high-potential leaders to make lasting contributions outside the classroom towards an excellent and equitable education for all students.
We are now accepting applications for our 2024-2025 Impact Fellowship. Our Impact Fellowship provides talented high-potential leaders an opportunity to address critical challenges in the education sector in order to expand opportunity for students. We recruit professionals with skills in data analysis, strategy, and project management to partner with leading K-12 school districts, charter schools, and other education organizations. Our Fellows receive leadership development programming and support through cohort-based learning.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years of full-time, professional work experience
- Commitment to Education Pioneers’ mission and core values, and a passion for social impact
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the entire program (international students eligible only if visa assistance is not required)
- Commitment to the full program term including the ability to complete 10 consecutive months of employment, attend workshops, and other mandatory aspects of the Fellowship
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strategic, creative problem-solving skills
- Track record of success in academic and professional settings
- Strong communications skills to effectively engage with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders
- Experience in data and analysis and/or project management (professional experience outside of the classroom preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Intermediate skills and knowledge in Tableau, SPSS, STATA, R, or other data visualization and data management software is a plus

DETAILS
- Fellows receive a 58k stipend over the 10-month Fellowship, plus benefits (equivalent to an annual salary of ~70k)
- The Impact Fellowship starts in September or October of 2024, and runs for 10 months
